Our Services

Team-based support that works for you.

Our experts work together with you and your child to deliver evidence-based advice and care that makes a difference.

In addition to our services below, we also offer low cost services with graduate students who are training to be counsellors and targeted, team-based treatment programs for paediatric anxiety and behaviour problems. Contact us now to find out more.

Care that fits your needs.

From first questions to meaningful progress, our services are built to give families practical answers and support that sticks. Every step is thoughtful, evidence-based, and adapted to your child’s needs.

Psychological Assessments

When something feels off, a full assessment can bring everything into focus. We help you understand what your child is experiencing, why it might be happening, and what to do next.

Assessments are detailed, research-based, and designed to give you clear answers and useful documentation. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you. If we are, we will move efficiently and carefully.

Counselling & Therapy

Therapy is hard work. But it can be the shift that changes everything.

Our counselling services are structured, focused, and include the full family. We involve parents in every step, use methods that are backed by research, and measure outcomes along the way. We help children reduce suffering, build skills, and gain a sense of control.

Academic Intervention

When a child struggles with reading, it affects their confidence, learning, and progress across every subject. Our academic support builds foundational literacy skills using proven methods that help kids catch up and stay on track.

We follow proven approaches and adapt them to your child’s needs. We also give parents simple tools to support learning at home. We assess, plan, and track progress until change becomes visible.

School Consultation

We work directly with schools and educators who need support for students with complex needs. Whether we are advising a school team or reviewing a single case, we bring experience, clarity, and calmness to the process.

Our team has worked in schools. We understand how systems work and what kind of documentation educators need to move forward with confidence.

Understanding our fees, insurance
& policy.

We believe in being transparent and upfront when it comes to costs and policies. Before starting any service, we’ll walk you through the expected fees and what’s included, so there are no surprises.

Our approach is evidence-based and built to support families in real situations, not ideal ones.

About Insurance

See our fees & cost breakdown per service below. Some programs may have specified pricing that can be disclosed after a consultation.

We’re able to receive direct reimbursement from many insurance providers for most or all of the cost of our services (including assessments).

This is also inclusive for members of Veterans Affairs Canada, the Canadian Armed Forces, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and refugees to Canada who have been approved by the Interim Federal Health Program.

We also routinely provide services to First Nations and Indigenous children who receive funding through Jordan’s Principle. Not sure what’s covered? We’ll walk you through it.
